A pink and blue sunrise over the Wrekin

Here's a dreamy view of the Wrekin at sunrise, seen from Hill End in the Stretton Hills.

A pink and blue sunrise over the Wrekin

I had driven through a small patch of mist as I dropped down from Wenlock Edge, but it was all clear by the time  I parked at Cardington.

However, waves of white started to roll in as I climbed the hill and I got this shot when the sun started to peek above the horizon.

The warm, pink clouds contrast nicely with the cold colours below, but five minutes later and the mist that had threatened to envelop me had disappeared.
